Subject: Re: Payment commitment for invoice [Invoice #]
Hi [Client Name],

I have not received a written confirmation of the payment plan we discussed ([Amount] by [Pay-by Date] via [Method]).

Please reply by [Reply-by Date] with a yes on those details, or a revised date. Without a written commitment, I will treat invoice [Invoice #] as overdue and continue the normal follow-up sequence, including [pause / next reminder] on [Next Action Date].

Pay here anytime: [Payment Link].
